1. Who we are
This website belongs to Recicletrônicos do Brasil ("we"), the controller of the personal data described here under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
2. What data we process
The website has no sign-up, login or database. We only process the information that you choose to send us through the "Request a pickup" form, the website assistant or the WhatsApp buttons:
- name, company, city and state;
- type of material, approximate volume and whether data destruction is needed;
- your WhatsApp number and the content of the conversation.
This information is not stored on the website. When you send it, your own device opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and only then does it reach us.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, assess the service and send you a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of preliminary steps to a contract, at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V). We do not sell or share your data.
4. Sharing
The conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service subject to its own privacy policy. We may share data with providers strictly necessary for the pickup and final destination of the contracted materials, or when required by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or any advertising or analytics tools. It only keeps technical preferences in your own browser (local storage): the language you chose, whether you paused the animations and whether the assistant notice was already shown. None of this is sent to us. If this changes, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
6. YouTube video
The video in the "About us" section only loads when you click to watch it. Until then, no connection is made to YouTube. Once you click, the video is served by YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), subject to Google's privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep conversations and proposals for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. After that, they are deleted.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing (LGPD, art. 18). Just contact us on WhatsApp (31) 98533-2100.
9. Security
The website runs on HTTPS only, does not run third-party code (except the YouTube player, and only if you click) and does not store personal data on the server.
